Seibels’ policy administration system, Insurance Processing Xpert (IPX) is now used by Gulfstream in Florida, Mississippi, Louisiana, Texas and Alabama. IPX is a flexible and scalable web – based processing system that supports personal and commercial lines. IPX provides Gulfstream with a complete set of applications to support the company’s core operations, including: underwriting, policy administration, billing, agency portal, document management, imaging, workflow management and reporting.
