Legacy
When you are the continuous owner of Post Office Box Number 1 in one of the most historic cities in the southern United States, the word “legacy” has special meaning.
The race to space, wars, great inventions, hurricanes, and all kinds of natural disasters: Seibels has seen it all, endured, and thrived. With Columbia, South Carolina as its base, Seibels has been a fixture in the southeastern United States for over 150 years. Our legacy of innovation begins with Edwin Seibels’ invention of the vertical file cabinet. In the 1960s, Seibels offered one of the first software and information service solutions to property/casualty and life insurance companies so they could manage client policies.
That tradition of innovation continues today as Seibels offers scalable Insurtech Solutions to Insurance Carriers and MGAs.
