Steve Harding Promoted to Senior Vice President, Policy and Claims Services
COLUMBIA, SC – Seibels is pleased to announce the promotion of Steve Harding to Senior Vice President of Policy and Claims Services. In this new leadership position, Mr. Harding is responsible for overseeing the company’s underwriting, contact center, and claims operations while driving the company’s mission to provide best-in-class services to the property and casualty insurance industry.
Mr. Harding has held numerous leadership positions since joining Seibels in 1996 as Policy Processing Manager for the South Carolina Reinsurance Facility. Mr. Harding was promoted to Vice President of South Carolina Automobile Operations in 1998; Vice President, Underwriting, in 2000; and Vice President, Services, in 2001. In 2004, he took over management of the company’s business process service (BPS) activities. Mr. Harding has experience in personal automobile, homeowners and dwelling fire, and commercial lines. Prior to joining Seibels, Mr. Harding worked at GEICO for eight years.

Mr. Harding received a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a major in Finance from Florida Atlantic University.
