COLUMBIA, SC – The Seibels Bruce Group, Inc., (Seibels), an insurance services provider of business process outsourcing (BPO) solutions, is pleased to announce that Melissa Callahan has joined Seibels as an Account Executive within the claims division of the company, Seibels Claims Solutions.
Mrs. Callahan has over fifteen years of experience in the claims industry, serving on the carrier, agent and vendor sides of the business. Mrs. Callahan was most recently the Southeast Business Development Manager of GHD, a sustainable engineering solutions company based in Australia. In this role, Mrs. Callahan managed the company’s Alabama and Florida business development as well as the nationwide catastrophe and flood programs. Prior to GHD, Mrs. Callahan served as an Outside Content Claims Representative at Travelers Insurance, where she was responsible for evaluating, adjusting and settling mid-size personal property claims for policyholders in Alabama and Georgia.

Throughout her career, Mrs. Callahan has also provided claims expertise at Certified Restoration Drycleaning Network (CRDN), Advanced Claims Concepts and ServPro. Mrs. Callahan is a Certified Continuation Education Instructor in the states of Alabama, Florida, Georgia and Tennessee.
