Columbia, SC (December 8, 2020) – Seibels is pleased to announce the promotion of Pam Ringquist to Chief People Officer. In this senior leadership role, Ms. Ringquist is responsible for leading Seibels’ workforce planning, talent development, and employee relations initiatives that align with the company’s long-term strategic goals. Previously, she served as Seibels’ Interim Director of Human Resources (March 2019 to January 2020) and Vice President of Human Resources (January 2020 to November 2020).

Ms. Ringquist has over twenty years of human resources and marketing experience. In addition to her role at Seibels, Ms. Ringquist also serves as Vice President of Human Resources at Gulfstream Property and Casualty Insurance Company, an affiliate of Seibels, and supports human resource initiatives for other Seibels affiliates, as needed. Prior to her position at Gulfstream, Ms. Ringquist served as Director of Marketing followed by Director of Human Resources at Williams Parker Law Firm in Sarasota, Florida.

Ms. Ringquist holds the Senior Certified Professional designation from the Society for Human Resource Management. She earned a Bachelor of Arts from Illinois State University.
