COLUMBIA, SC – March 4, 2020 – Seibels is pleased to announce the appointment of Pam Ringquist to Vice President of Human Resources. In this leadership role, Ms. Ringquist will be responsible for leading Seibels’ workforce planning, talent development, and employee relations initiatives that align with the company’s long-term strategic goals.

Ms. Ringquist has over twenty years of human resources and marketing experience. In addition to her role at Seibels, Ms. Ringquist also serves as Vice President of Human Resources at Gulfstream Property and Casualty Insurance Company, an affiliate of Seibels, and supports human resource initiatives for other Seibels affiliates, as needed. Prior to her position at Gulfstream, Ms. Ringquist served as Director of Marketing followed by Director of Human Resources at Williams Parker Law Firm in Sarasota, Florida.

Ms. Ringquist holds the Senior Certified Professional designation from the Society for Human Resource Management. She earned a Bachelor of Arts from Illinois State University.
