In this leadership role, Ms. Reid will oversee Seibels’ Customer Service and Underwriting Departments. Additionally, Ms. Reid will lead the Company’s internal compliance and audit initiatives.

Prior to joining Seibels, Ms. Reid spent over a decade with Team Focus Insurance Group where she developed top tier Customer Service and Underwriting Teams for two clients and managed the three highest volume clients within the company. Ms. Reid has over twenty years experience in the insurance industry which began in customer service and policy processing with a Florida-based agency.
