COLUMBIA, SC – The Seibels Bruce Group, Inc., (Seibels), an insurance services provider of business process outsourcing (BPO) solutions, is pleased to announce the appointment of Jennifer C. Zuniga to Assistant Vice President of Third Party Administration (TPA) Programs for the claims division of the company, Seibels Claims Solutions.
As Assistant Vice President of TPA Programs, Mrs. Zuniga will serve as an account liaison that works closely with new and existing clients, senior management and various stakeholders to ensure business objectives and claims program goals are met. From account management, onboarding and implementation to proposal development, contract negotiation and contract compliance, Mrs. Zuniga will be actively involved in all aspects of TPA operations at Seibels.
As a TPA, Seibels develops a customized program for clients that reduces claims handling time and costs, improves loss ratios, simplifies the claims handling experience and supports program longevity.

Mrs. Zuniga previously served as the Director of SIU and Subrogation at Seibels for over ten years. Mrs. Zuniga has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a minor in Economics from California Polytechnic State University. She is a Fraud Claims Law Associate and an active member of the International Association of Special Investigators (IASIU) and the National Association of Subrogation Professionals (NASP). Mrs. Zuniga works in the Seibels office in Altamonte Springs, Florida.
