COLUMBIA, SC – The Seibels Bruce Group, Inc., (Seibels), an insurance services provider of business process outsourcing solutions, is pleased to announce the appointment of Dallas M. Covington to Project Management Office Director.  Mr. Covington will establish and manage a Project Management Office (PMO) at Seibels in an effort to standardize the timely execution and completion of projects throughout the company, particularly in IT. The addition of a PMO strategically aligns with the company’s ongoing initiative to provide best-in-class services to the property and casualty insurance industry.

Mr. Covington, who received a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from the U.S. Naval Academy and a Master of Business Administration from Old Dominion University, has twenty years of experience serving in a leadership, project management and technology delivery capacity. Prior to joining Seibels, Mr. Covington worked at Aflac, Inc. in Columbus, GA and Columbia, SC for twelve years.  Preceding Aflac, Inc., Mr. Covington served as a Surface Warfare Officer in the U.S. Navy.
