COLUMBIA, SC – The Seibels Bruce Group, Inc., (Seibels), an insurance services provider of business process outsourcing solutions, is pleased to announce the appointment of Molley J. Clarkson to Seibels House Counsel. Mrs. Clarkson will actively participate in the development and strategic direction of the company’s litigation practice, primarily within the claims division.

As Seibels House Counsel, Mrs. Clarkson will be responsible for aligning departmental and company-wide litigation strategies while also providing guidance on compliance-related issues. By assisting with the development and implementation of litigation workflows, Mrs. Clarkson will increase operational efficiencies while further reinforcing Seibels’ mission to provide preeminent services to the property and casualty insurance industry.

Mrs. Clarkson received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Government and Foreign Affairs from University of Virginia in 2000 and a Juris Doctor degree from Duke University School of Law in 2003.  Mrs. Clarkson has practiced law for over thirteen years, and is admitted by the South Carolina Bar and State Bar of Georgia.  Prior to joining Seibels, she served as a Business Litigation Attorney at Sutherland Asbill & Brennan LLP, an AmLaw 200 firm in Atlanta, Georgia.
