(Seibels) and Gulfstream Property & Casualty Insurance Company (Gulfstream) are pleased to announce executive leadership changes with both companies. Nan D. Brunson has been appointed full-time President & CEO of Gulfstream and its affiliates, as well as President & CEO of Catawba Insurance Company (Catawba).
Gulfstream is an affiliate and business process outsourcing (BPO) client of Seibels, and Catawba is a wholly owned subsidiary of Seibels, putting Ms. Brunson in a unique position to lead both companies. “I am excited that Nan will be taking on the full-time role of President & CEO at both Gulfstream and Catawba,” said Rex W. Huggins, Chairman & CEO of Seibels. “Nan has been a tremendous asset to Seibels and brings a unique skill set to both companies. We are confident that she will serve the interests of the policyholders while maintaining alignment with the shareholders’ approach to long-term, profitable and conservative growth.”
