Property Field Services

Our network of carefully vetted adjusters can prepare a report, estimate, and photos within seven days. For losses over $25,000, a reserve report is provided within 72 hours. Reports outline the following:

  • Details on causation
  • Extent of damages
  • Coverage issues
  • Subrogation potential
  • Liability assessment (third-party claim)
  • Need for experts

We have a direct repair network that customers can tap into to fix their loss quickly. Clients are reassured knowing the work will be carried out to their specific standards. This network can be dispatched during the initial reporting of the claim.

Liability Field Services

Our adjusters are trained to handle premises, products, operations, completed operations, and homeowner’s section II liability losses. Seibels’ detailed investigations take into consideration the elements of negligence and state-specific tort laws.

We obtain recorded statements and conduct scene investigations with loss location photos, diagrams, and lighting sequences.

Our team is available to attend mediations and arbitrations, and participate in settlement negotiations.

Quality Assurance

Assignments are subject to a mandatory review by management prior to being assigned. Completed work product undergoes quality assurance review prior to submission to our clients.

We follow a comprehensive education program for all claims personnel with close staff supervision. We use specialized claims instructional schools to ensure compliance with adjuster licensing requirements. In addition to the normal file supervision by staff management, our quality control staff conducts regular audits to ensure we always extend best-in-class services to our clients and their customers.
