Business Analyst
Experienced Business Analyst needed to process and identify needed system changes and provide quality assurance testing to ensure system change accuracy. Successful candidates must have at least 3 years of property and casualty experience or related insurance experience. Strong computer and analytical skills along with solid project management skills are required. Candidates with AS400 experience, MS Office skills, and web development skills are greatly preferred. Applicants interested in a Senior Business Analyst position must have at least 10 years of property and casualty work experience.

Commercial Account Executive - North Carolina Territory
Highly motivated and driven individual needed to prospect and maintain existing client relationships for our commercial lines insurance business in North Carolina. Individual must be a goal-oriented representative dedicated to creating greater brand awareness in our existing customer base and prospect new business through new agency clients. The ideal candidate will live in central North Carolina, as the position requires extensive travel throughout the state. The position requires a minimum of five years of commercial lines P&C insurance work experience. Related experience must include client development and/or sales experience. A bachelor’s degree in Insurance/Risk Management or Sales/Marketing from an accredited university is greatly preferred. Relevant work or sales experience may be used in lieu of the degree requirement. Certifications, licensure, or professional designations are a plus. Outstanding communication, organizational, and time management skills are required.

iSeries Developer
Experienced iSeries Developer responsible for formulating application solutions to customer needs / problems. This includes the full system life cycle for application solutions from development & delivery via project(s) to ongoing execution & maintenance. The position requires a minimum of 5 years of recent development experience coding Cobol on AS/400 or iSeries platforms. We are looking for highly skilled candidates who have prior experience taking requirements and a working knowledge of XML and iSeries Navigator. Candidates must have good analytical and communication skills. Must be self-disciplined, flexible and adaptable. Willingness to learn new technologies and motivated by new challenges. Prior insurance experience is preferred, but not required.

.NET Programmer/Developers
Need 2 experienced Information Technology professionals with 3-5 years of experience writing Microsoft ASP.NET and Windows Forms applications using either C# or VB.NET. Must be familiar with developing applications using multi-tiered architecture and have at least 2 years experience with JavaScript and HTML development. Position also requires experience writing SQL stored procedures for Microsoft SQL Server or IBM DB2. Ability to timely and accurately write code that conforms to specified standards and requirements as defined is required. Candidates with an insurance background or AS400 experience are highly preferred.

Property Claims Examiners
Positions available for individuals with 3+ years of relevant claims adjusting experience. Job requires strong communication and customer service skills and ability to examine claims estimates submitted by independent insurance adjusters as well as the ability to investigate questionable claims to determine authorization of payment and the maintenance of claim files according to guidelines ensuring the timely and accurate handling of claims. Current adjuster's license is required. Must be computer literate, have knowledge of estimating software and construction knowledge. Minimum High School degree/GED required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
